Dioon califanoi

An incredibly attractive plant that grows well in Florida. The Dioon calafanoi is easily identified by its strongly keeled leaves since only two Dioon species have keeled leaves. Califanoi has leaflet to leaflet angle at 90 degrees. The habitat is in Oaxaca, Mexico where plants get large and have epiphytes on the trunks.
