Ceratozamia decumbens is a cliff dwelling species from Veracruz, Mexico where it occurs under closed canopy in moist, lowland tropical forest.  Few plants exist in cultivation but those that I’ve seen have adapted well to terrestrial or potted culture.  The new leaves of Ceratozamia decumbens are incredibly colorful and attractive.
